Resumen

La compleja dinámica actual gerencial requiere, no sólo de acciones inmediatas que aseguren decisiones oportunas en el presente, sino también de un proceso de anticipación que permita visualizar escenarios posibles en el futuro, mediante la aplicación de metodologías y herramientas para el análisis de tendencias que facilitan el pronóstico de situaciones futuras o a través del ejercicio de la prospectiva en la construcción de un futuro deseable. En esta investigación documental se revisan las cosmovisiones prospectivas a nivel filosófico (de la modernidad a la transmodernidad) y teórico (desde una perspectiva epistemológica, paradigmática y sustantiva). Nada es descartable cuando se construye el futuro, es necesario no sólo tener en cuenta las Megatendencias, sino también los procesos disruptivos que ocurren en nuestro, cada vez más globalizado entorno, donde las tecnologías de información y comunicaciones están forzando cambios paradigmáticos profundos hacia una apertura al futuro del cual estamos dejando de ser espectadores para convertirnos en protagonistas.

Abstract

The complex current managerial dynamics requires, not only immediate actions to ensure timely decisions in the present, but also a process of anticipation that allows to visualize possible scenarios in the future, through the application of methodologies and tools for the analysis of trends that facilitate the forecast of future situations or through the exercise of prospective in the construction of a desirable future. In this article, prospective cosmovisions are revised at a philosophical level (from modernity to transmodernity) and theoretical (from an epistemological, paradigmatic and substantive perspective). Nothing is discarded when the future is built, it is necessary not only to take into account the Megatrends, but also the disruptive processes that occur in our increasingly globalized environment, where information and communication technologies are forcing deeps paradigmatic changes towards an opening for the future, in which we are ceasing to be spectators to become protagonists.
