Social ethical competences of the tourist enterprises of the Peninsula of Paraguaná
The present article identifies the presence of some ethical and social competences of the sector conformed by the enterprises devoted to the tourist service of lodging settled down in the Peninsula of Paraguaná of the State of Falcon - Venezuela. These competences were identified through aspects such as the social responsibility, the environmental responsibility and the ethical-managerial values. In such a sense, a study of descriptive type was elaborated, fieldwork non experimental; establishing a sample of sixteen (16) enterprises located in the geographical context object of this investigation. It is concluded that the studied sector possesses very few features to be qualified as a managerial niche with ethical-social competences. However, the enterprises that conform the sector possess some intentions that can be materialized in actions that allow to transform them in the future into ethical key actors for the tourist development and to improve their own performance
