¿Cómo determinar costos en la industria de la construcción? Estudio de un caso

Resumen

La direccionalidad del presente  trabajo  se enfoca hacia  la defnición, de manera  sistemática, de  los
procesos de producción para las líneas de agregados y de mezcla asfáltica en la empresa Construcciones y
Asfalto Andes, CA; la cual se dedica a la ejecución de obras de vialidad. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva.
Las técnicas para la recolección de la información fueron la observación directa,  la entrevista no estructurada
y  el  análisis documental.  Los  resultados  revelan que  la  estructuración  y  formalización de  las  actividades
relacionadas con los procesos de producción de agregados y de mezcla asfáltica presentados en este estudio,
constituyen la base para establecer los procedimientos conducentes a la acumulación y determinación de
los costos de la empresa objeto de estudio.

Abstrac
How to determine costs in the industry of the construction? Case Study
the present work focuses towards the defnition, of a systematic way, of the processes of production
for the lines of attachés and of asphalt mixture (mixing) in the company Constructions and Asphalt Andes,
CA; who devotes itself to the execution of works of viality. the investigation (research) is of type descriptive.
the technologies (skills) for the compilation of the information were the direct observation, the not
constructed interview and the documentary analysis. the results reveal that the structure and formalization
of the activities related to the processes of production of attachés and of asphalt mixture (mixing) presented
in this study, they constitute the base to establish the procedures conducive to the accumulation and
determination of the costs
