POSTHUMANISMO Y ORGANIZACIONES: EL DESAFÍO DE LA CONDICIÓN HUMANA Y LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UN NUEVO MARCO ÉTICO Y EPISTEMOLÓGICO EN LA ERA TECNOLÓGICA
Resumen
El posthumanismo es un movimiento filosófico surgido a finales del siglo XX. Se presenta como una corriente que desafía la visión del humanismo tradicional, la cual ubica al ser humano como centro y fundamento de la realidad. Este artículo muestra un recorrido histórico por la evolución del concepto de lo humano. Luego analiza la pertinencia epistemológica del posthumanismo como un nuevo paradigma en la investigación. Además, se estudian los dilemas éticos en un mundo en constante transformación. Así la ética es vista como un proceso de transición de lo humano a lo posthumano. Por último, se analiza el posthumanismo en el ámbito de las organizaciones.

POSTHUMANISM AND ORGANIZATIONS: THE CHALLENGE OF THE HUMAN CONDITION AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ETHICAL AND EPISTEMOLOGICAL FRAMEWORK IN THE TECHNOLOGICAL AGE
Posthumanism is a philosophical trend evolved in the closing years of the 20th century. It is presented as a school of thought asserting the critical overcomings of the vision of traditional humanism, focusing on and anchoring human being in reality. This article traces the historical evolution of the concept of humanity. It subsequently addresses the epistemological relevance of posthumanism as a new research paradigm. In addition, it examines the ethics of a world that is always changing, where ethics is considered a process of becoming posthuman rather than human. Finally, posthumanism is explored at the organizational level.
