La gerencia universitaria ante el cambio institucional.

Resumen

Si bien es cierto la complejidad que envuelve al significado de gerencia, no es menos interesante intentar revisar sus consideraciones e implicaciones no sólo a partir de la situación específica que representa la Universidad en tanto institución movilizada sobre la intelectualidad y por tanto la administración del conocimiento en términos del intenso proceso filosófico, ontológico y deontológico de búsqueda de la verdad. También, con base en la estructura funcional desde la cual se pretenden ordenar procesos académicos que comprometen la formación profesional, a lo interno, y la capacidad de coadyuvar a la orientación de problemas nacionales que tienen incidencia sobre el desarrollo regional y nacional, a lo externo. Esta doble condición institucional, destaca la particular razón que esgrime la gerencia (universitaria) toda vez que, como modelo o pauta de gestión soportada por las habilidades personales y las
oportunidades del entorno para alcanzar los mayores objetivos institucionales, se desenvuelve en un ámbito cuya producción social se da en medio de múltiples criterios de eficacia, muchas racionalidades y distintas autorreferencias explicativas cual es la
Universidad.

considerations and implications non single from the situation specify that it represents the University in as much institution mobilized on the intellectuality and therefore the administration of the knowledge in terminus of the intense philosophic process, ontological and deontological of search of the truth. Also, with base in the functional structure from which they are tried to order academics processes that jeopardize formation professional, to internal it, and the capacity to help to orientation of national problems that have incidence on the regional and national development, to the external thing. This double institutional condition, emphasizes the particular reason that uses the management (university) every time, like model or guideline of management supported by the personal abilities and the
opportunities of the surroundings to reach the greater institutional objectives, it develops in a ambit whose social production occurs in the middle of multiple criteria of effectiveness, many rationalities and different explanatory self-references as is the University.
